[redacted] they could not even provide the service to us because of their issues we therefore had to use another pos provider and had to cancel the contract with them Even though the issue was their inability to provide visa, mastercard and amex pos services, they went after our company for years We bankrupted the companies so we would stop with their useless collections calls, still they went after the owner personally [redacted]
Hi My experience with Monex group is totally unpleasantThe customer service is awful they know nothing [redacted] Never explain you anything just ask you to sign here initial here ect ect Once you get trapped in there so called agreement it is very hard to get rid of these [redacted] They make you sign for four years (some sign up for to years) and they automatically renew your agreement without your consent or signature if you ask they put you through there legal departmentThe person in legal department is so rude you can't imagine So please stay away from this company there are so many other accredited companies out there
