Money Express

Review: I recently moved to Buena park and had some work done on bathroom by [redacted]. I believe his real name is [redacted]. No address Phone # ###-###-#### . We paid this guy in cash while he was doing the work and paid for all the materials including nails etc. After he completed the work he demanded money otherwise he would not leave. We paid in check. After he left we found out that water is leaking below sink and ac vent is permanently closed, bathroom wall is crooked after he tried to fix it twice etc. We called him he said he would come to fix it but never came. He does not pick up the phone any more and he cashed the check from money express. We put stop payment on check. Now money express is making threatening call to us even after explain them the situation about the substandard and poor job and need to spend additional money to fix the problem. I have wrote two checks to [redacted] alias [redacted] for some other works in last month which were cleared fine and he did not go to any check cashing agency.Desired Settlement: We want money express to stop harassing us or fix the poor, substandard and incomplete work on bathroom.
