Dear Mr. [redacted]:We are in receipt of the Revdex.com's letter dated January 4, 2016 with your information indicating a compliant from you to be removed from our mailing list. We have alerted our mailing list vendor/data center to put your address on a suppression list from all future...

mailings. It appears the list vendor may have accidently omitted your apartment number on your address from their initial suppression list after we sent them your request to be removed in October. That was corrected on January 4, 2016 and your address will be removed from our mailing list as of January 15, 2016. Due to production cycles, it may take one more mailing before inventory is cleared through the mail stream and you cease receiving envelopes from us.Please note that once your address is taken off a mailing list, if you were to enter into a raffle or drawing thereafter (even a non-Money Mailer drawing) at any time or anywhere and provide your address as part of such promotion, then your address would likely be added back to our vendor's mailing list.Money Mailer intends to mail its clients' advertising only to residents who desire or accept such advertising. Rest assured that we are working to rectify this as soon as possible for you.

Review: I have asked Money Mailer many times, several times by mail and e-mail to please have my address removed from the mailing list. Each time I have followed the instructions given in the fine print on the bottom of the advertising on how to unsubscribe however, my requests have gone with no answer. I still keep receiving mail from Money Mailer which is not welcome at my household. The other thing is that I have opted out from any possible organizations that may provide my information to others. How did Money Mailer obtain my address please?Desired Settlement: I would like to have my address removed from the mailing list for good.I would like to know the source that provided my information to Money Mailer.

Review: I've been receiving Money Mailer envelopes (a coupon book basically) since I've moved into my current place of residence. Starting back in September of 2015, I've emailed the company on three separate occasions to remove my address from the mailing list. Not only have I not received any sort of response, but it has now been 4 months and I have continuously received these envelopes in the mail. I've had it with their terrible, ineffective customer service. I've followed the instructions on how to remove my address to a "T," but to no avail. I have the emails I've sent as well as proof if necessary.Desired Settlement: I do not want to receive the Money Mailers any longer. Plain and simple.

Review: Money Mailer is nothing more than an unneeded advertising service. They are solely there to make money by selling advertising and misrepresenting their sales numbers to their customers.

I am in a condo. They send me advertising that includes:

* A closet organizing company that organizes your closets of which I don't have a closet a quarter of the size they show.

* Garage door repair when I have no garage door

* A siding company when the outside of the building is community property.

* Roof and chimney repair when I have none of the above...once again roof is community property...no chimney

* Babysitting and nanny service when I am 54 years old and not married no children, don't think I am going to be fathering any children at this point

* A window and door company when I am not allowed to change those either

* A coupe of gutter cleaning businesses

It is a waste of my time, a waste of paper, and a misrepresentation to their advertisers.

Money Mailer on its website, [redacted] has a contact us page that you can click on and it generates an email to [redacted] The subject of the email is Mail List.

I have been sending these emails in monthly since September. I have not been removed from their mailing list.Desired Settlement: I want to be removed from MoneyMailers mailing list. I want all contact from MoneyMailers, any of its licensees or affiliates to cease and desist immediately.

Review: Contracted with San Diego Money Mailer for advertising, paid through the bank to San Diego office. San Diego went out of business, all accounts transferred to Garden Grove office. Garden grove keeps sending bills for $600.00, half of the amount charged and PAID IN FULL. I have sent many faxes to them with proof of payment and they keep ignoring me and sending me another statement for $600.00Desired Settlement: recognize their error and STOP sending me statements. Acknowledge that the account is PAID IN FULL.

Review: I have tried numerous times via email (per their website instructions), as well as through the Catalog Choice website, to remove my contact information from their mailing list. However, I continue to receive mailings at the following address:

TO OUR NEIGHBORS AT

Can you assist with the removal of ALL of my contact information from their mailing list? Thank you!Desired Settlement: Removal of ALL of my contact information from their mailing list.
