I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe business did NOTHING to help resolve this issueI am the one who asked what can be done so that I no longer have to deal with this company and can move on to more important thingsI would like this to be noted that resolution was not first established by the companyAlso only the general manager gave one apologyNo one called or apologized for the harassing text messagesThe company did afterwards suggest splitting the tax which I acceptedMy lawyer however did say I was not obligatedHowever I as a new mother do not have the energy to deal with such a difficult and unprofessional business that hold no accountabilityI spent hours just in the sales office and days going back and forth with unanswered emailsI feel fully taken [redacted] of and abused for the harrasment, no remorse and little effort on their part Regards, [redacted]
