To whom this may concern,We have been notified that [redacted] has not received his warranty checkWe noted on our service ticket that it could take up to months to receive a credit for the faulty partIt happened to take up to months for us to receive the refundWe realize that it is months after the service date and we are trying to rectify this as quickly as possibleWhenever [redacted] called into our office we would return his phone calls with updates on the status of the refundIt had slipped through the cracks since his last phone calWe are going to put a procedure in place that would eliminate this from occurring in the future, as it is never our intention to withhold money that one of our customers are rightfully entitled toWe are sending out his check and if you would like any proof of the timing of the aforementioned please let us know and we will be happy to forward it to you Thank you,Katie S [redacted]

that it is 10 months after the service date and we are trying to rectify this as quickly as possible. Whenever [redacted]called into our office we would return his phone calls with updates on the status of the refund. It had slipped through the cracks since his last phone cal.
