We can absolutely send the portraits to *** It has been so difficult to open lines of communication as the only form has been via complaints to corporate, various social media sites and now to the Revdex.com It is completely understandable being a new mother is thrilling and very busy Having not known that [redacted] gave birth already, I can understand how my call seemed in poor taste Partly at a loss on how to satisfy ***, a phone call seemed appropriate Her husband told me I was being snarky and he does not want the portraits as they had to go to another photographer I assured him I had tried to call, email and return ***'s calls He was displeased and quite frankly sounded annoyed After getting off the phone I was unsure of what to do Thank you for letting me know they have changed their minds and do want the images, they will be mailed out asap [redacted]

Complaint: ***I am rejecting the response from Glamour shots for many reasonsI do not agree with their response because this business’ practices and ethics are at a minimum dysfunctionalI have expressed at great length how bad experience with Glamour Shots was for meI shall list below the many reasons returning to this location would be a terrible idea:1. Makeup and HairMy makeup look very amateurish and did not reflect the professional look that would justify paying almost $for photographsIf you look on several shots the lip stick is dried to my lips making them look chappedThis was not caught by the photographer and was also overlooked by the stylist and others that worked thereThere was another incident with makeup where the “artist” failed to recognize that a brush she used for my eyeshadow contained dark makeup and used the same brush to apply makeup to my face making it look like I had soot on my face, I did not notice it until after the second set of pictures were doneOnce I realized what had happened, I asked for her to try to fix it which made it worseShe was content with it until I asked her to take it off and redo itThe stylist also did not know how to do my hair which was disappointing for me because I did not feel positive about the picturesThe photographer, *** ***, did catch that, so I had to redo my hairI was limited in how I could redo my hair because I did not have any of my hair products from home with meI was told to come in with clean dried hair and the Glamour Shots staff would take care of styling it, so I didI trusted that these people were the professionals and their makeup and hair person was anything but that. 2. I do not believe that Glamour Shots would waive any costs associated with a reshootAs their prices are not provided prior to the photo shoot, as I found out as a result of this experience, I do not wish to get my hopes up for another shoot, only to find out I will be liable for more moneyThe photo that the Glamour shots staff and I chose for the modeling contest was not the photograph that was posted on the websiteThe photo proof I received via email from Glamour Shots looked beautifulThe same photo was submitted; however, all of the refinements that made the picture beautiful were taken away so the picture appeared lighter, showing awkward positioning and a very distasteful overall appearanceI do not feel that it merely represents a winning photoThe proof Glamour Shots sent me versus what was actually posted were disappointing and not what I was shown in the storeAfter my initial experience with this incident, attempting a reshoot would be like asking a crime victim to return to the scene of the crime escorted by the perpetrator with no police or security around. 3. ***, whom I assume is the owner this Glamour Shots location and who responded to my last complaint with Revdex.com does not have my best interest at heartThis was very apparent in the two conversations I had with her on the phone where she was on three way with *** *** and meHer phone kept disconnecting and she was supposed to return my phone call to complete talking about an appropriate resolutionTo this day she has not called me backDuring our conversation she was very accusatory and lacked any customer service skills or tactI simply do not trust her or any of her associates and any type of business she could possibly offer meGlamour Shots is very evasive, and the staff has stated on numerous occasions that the owner has not been at the location on many occasionsI record all of my phone calls incase I forget something and have to replay themThis is a log of calls I have made in an attempt to talk to ***, left a message for her to call me back and she failed to return my call: a. June, I spoke to ***b. June, I spoke to *** c. June, I spoke with *** d. June, I spoke to ***e. June, I spoke to ***f. June spoke to *** 4. I sought resolution with all of those phone calls and with the credit card that was opened to pay for the pictures*** *** from Glamour Shots wrote a statement to Synchrony Bank stating he attempted to set up a meeting with me to resolve the situationI was never contacted about any so the meeting never happenedHe also stated he emailed me about the situationI never received an email from himFinally, he stated that I refused to pick up my pictures which is also not the caseSince this issue was in dispute I wanted to wait until there was resolution to avoid any further confusionIf Glamour Shots has any records of such attempts to contact me in specific instances that *** *** presented, I would very appreciative for the copy. 5. I find it odd that since I have communicated to the Revdex.com, Glamour Shots only wants to conduct a meeting by phone or in personThey are refusing and circumventing resolution through mediationMy portrait that was entered into the modeling agency was sent to me via email I realize now that I am stuck with close to a $4,bill with no resolutionI am requesting that my pictures are mailed to me at *** *** *** *** *** ** *** without additional cost and that they be sent certified mailI never thought to look at any reviews on this business before using their services, but after this terrible experience I see a multitude of complaintsOne of them is in regards to pictures getting lost and never recovered, so to avoid that situation I would like them to be sent by certified mail with all of the pictures that I purchasedI don't want to ever have to see or deal with these people again, and I shouldn't have to be made to contact them by phone or in person so they can continue to intimidate or overwhelm meAs a PTSD sufferer currently that's the last thing I need; however, I will make my fellow veterans and my husband’s fellow Active Duty service members very aware of this type business and model and its unorthodox busines practicesThank goodness there are many forums in the form of Family Readiness Groups, Disabled Veterans Associations just to name a fewNo one deserves this treatment, but I especially feel that someone that has fought for this country’s freedom, definitely doesn't deserve thisThe thought that this could hurt another military family or any other family sickens me and awareness is keyThank you Revdex.com for attempting to mediate this situationI will write my negative review on this business through your website as well as many others Regards,

advised, Ms*** declined and made her purchase Weeks later when they arrived a reshoot was requested, we agreed and scheduled Ms*** did not make it, we rescheduled and that appointment was missed as wellLast communication ended with Ms*** hanging up the phone All required signatures are on file Thank you for your time

I am rejecting this response because: The customer service from the store owner was very poor. I spoke with her on the phone and she was rude, raised her voice, and was very short and condesending.  Id rather a full or partial refund. If this is not an option Id rather take the pictures at another glamour shot location, not owned by the Killeen Store Owner.

Respectfully disagree with this statement as it is not an accurate account of the phone conversation, after reviewing the call there was no yelling, rude comments or unprofessional behavior. Resolving this matter correctly is important to the company, it is proving to be rather difficult as Ms. [redacted] does not want to be told no on her refund request and then disconnects the call.  A recount of the facts about Ms. [redacted]'s session and the options to resolve it only served to agitate Ms. [redacted] and resulted in the following statement, " I will get my money back one way or another..." then the call was immediately disconnected.  An additional three calls were made by Ms. [redacted] that very day, admittedly I was pleasantly surprised to see her number, after each "hello" Ms. [redacted] would terminate the call.  Communication is key to a successful business relationship, one we are interested in salvaging.  However, it is a two way street and we do need Ms. [redacted] to participate.  Until that time we are in limbo, trying to service Ms. [redacted] but having our hands tied by her refusal to communicate.  Since Ms. [redacted]'s perception of the owner is that of a rude, condescending individual communication can be done with [redacted] the studio director.  Mr. [redacted] has attempted several calls in the past few months and Ms. [redacted] seemed pleased with their rapport.  [redacted] can be reached at [redacted]  I also extend open lines of positive communication with myself as well.  Thank you,[redacted]Studio Director [redacted]
