MMOA's staff reviewed all internal business records in order to determine the nature of the alleged problemAfter being unable to locate any information in relation to Consumer, we contacted consumer directly
During my conversations with Consumer, I was told that he had learned that the problem he was experiencing was actually between he and an unrelated third party, not MMOAWhile relieved to find out MMOA was not responsible for the issue, MMOA still desires to help Consumer resolve his problem
On behalf of MMOA, I am personally offering to further discuss with Consumer any remaining problem he has in relation to this third party, and/or provide him with any additional information he requires in order to ensure MMOA has done what it can in order to help him resolve the issue
