register her vehicle and did not have her Tribal Exemption paper work that gives her the Exemption of Vehicle License Tax which was $offHer second time back she had her paper work so I filled out all paper work the Total Came out to about plus our convenience Fee of total around She did not want to pay the so I then offered her a discount of so I was going to Only Charge her $Convenience Fee at that point since I had everything complete and that's how we Make our RevenueShe said no and wanted her paper work back that's when *** Our Store Manager Explained to her that she was Already getting $plus convenience fee off but she Expected that for Free as wellSo then Kristy J*** wanted her Paperwork back so that's what we did Gave it All back to herShe left the Store and came back in Minutes Later asked *** for her Name which she gave it to Her, She then Pulled out her Cell Phone and Took Numerous Pictures of ***That's When *** Felt Violated and Confronted her on why she was taking Pictures of herYes *** did take Off her Shoes Because she was Wearing High Heels and for her Own Protection Didn't Know what Kristy was Going to do That is the Only Reason for her Shoes Coming Off .Any Questions Feel Free to Give Me a Call.Andrew A***Money Now Check Cashing Centers###-###-####

tthis guy is avoiding the issue of his associates response as I had kindly refused their services due to me being unprepared for additional fees"You *** *** want everything for free!" was uncalled for and at no time during the incident did I threaten ***She took it upon herself to run out the door after me screaming nonsense

Dear Sir or Madam,We have been in business many, many years and have a great track record with many satisfied customers and rarely ever a complaint.  There are only the 2 owners and 1 employee (Elenor) working at this office currently and almost without exception customers are extremely happy with the services we provide and the courtesy shown at all times.Obviously, we sincerely are disappointed that there was a misunderstanding with this customer.  Other than apologizing for her complaint, we can maybe offer her $10 off any future transaction should she choose to use our services again.  Thank you for your consideration.
