Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Money One Credit Union
Attn: MsJ***,
The statements stated in the response from Money One Credit union are not factual and merely consist of assumptionThe real fact of the matter is that my payments have never been reported late, posted, or processed late until December 1, I have only had this loan for months and I have always paid on timeFor the Vice President of Finance to write such conflicting statements really shows you the unprofessional nature of Money One Credit Union Management.
In regards to my complaint about my payment being processed late is factualMoney One Credit Union received my payment on November 24th, the 25th passed, 26th passed, 27th passed official due date ( bank closed), 28th passed ( bank closed), 29th passed( bank closed), 30th passed ( bank closed), December 1st morning payment posted-WOW almost an entire week of closureMost important, Money One Credit Union did not send notice about bank closure to their members.
This matter has not been resolved Revdex.comMoney One has ignored my phone calls and not made any effort to communicate with me in regards to my complaintI am looking for a solution and my payments to be reported correctly from October to presentThis is really unfair and not professional of the President of Money One Credit Union of Beverly Z***I need resolution!

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: As I stated in the previous responses Kendra J***'s level of customer service is lacking the intricate knowledge of the accurate processing time of Money One Credit Union posting paymentsThe payments that I mailed every month, when my loan account was open was paid via *** ** *** on time; within the monthNow to call a customer of Money One Credit Union a liar, stated, Kendra J*** dated May 7th, " the quotes contained in the complaint are completely false", demonstrates the character of the VP of Finance and AdministrationI have no reason or benefit of taking the time to write to a response that is completely false It is not my nature to write claims being that I am a federal employee that took an oath to conduct and in no way ever represent myself in a falsified nature; especially to a Federal Credit union. Furthermore, I am requesting that this matter be resolved as soon as possible; my account is closed and I need the history updated correctlyThis situation is not a money issue clearly when I paid the account in full April 27thIt is a matter of Money One Credit Union holding my payment, during their closure for the Thanksgiving holiday. Previously all of my payments had been credited within two business days, so why did it take one week to process this payment in November? Kendra J*** just like you stated on our phone call, please submit your response in writingYour previous response via the phone was that the payment date might have been November or 26, 2014, based on the history of the other paymentsNovember 24-December 1, 2014, is one week of my payment posting, which caused my payment to be late.
All of Kendra J***'s responses have been insufficient and not addressing the situation.
I am seeking a resolution to this matter as soon as possible, which is to have my credit report updated for the month of NovemberRegards,

Dear [redacted],
This letter serves as a response to your March 18th letter regarding the above referenced ID. On December 1, 2014, Money One FCU received a check for [redacted]'s car payment, which was due on October 27, 2014. [redacted]’s letter to Revdex.com...
references the fact that we posted her payment late because we were closed for business. Money One FCU does not hold checks. As [redacted] mentioned in her letter, checks are processed on the date we receive them. We were closed for business on November 27th (Thanksgiving Day) and the day after Thanksgiving. Money One FCU has always closed for Thanksgiving, as well as the day after Thanksgiving. Our Holiday Closures are posted on our website at the beginning of each year (see attached location and hours print out). Additionally, website alerts are posted to remind members about upcoming closing dates. The post office was closed on Thanksgiving Day as well. [redacted]'s check was posted on December 1, 2014 because that is the date that the check was received. There was no delay in processing and no mail was held. [redacted]'s car loan was 35 days past due on December 1st when the check was received.I called [redacted] and spoke with [redacted] on March 16, 2015, per [redacted]'s request. [redacted] told me that [redacted] mailed the check to Money One FCU on November 24, 2014 and that [redacted] only provides their customers with an estimated date as to how long it may take for mail to be received by the other institution. Neither Money One FCU, nor [redacted] has any control over the post office delivery dates.
In reference to the reporting of [redacted]'s payments, Money One FCU sends a file to all of the credit reporting bureaus at the beginning of each month. Money One FCU sent the February file on March 2, 2015. We don't have control over when the credit bureaus update their files. [redacted] pulled [redacted]'s credit report on March 2, 2015, the same day that our files were sent. It appears that [redacted] pulled [redacted]'s credit before they updated their February files, which is why her February payment history is reporting as “not reported," I suggested that [redacted] contact [redacted] to clear up any reporting issues on their end.
I explained to [redacted] that our system shows her last reported date as 2/28/15. I verified with [redacted] that on 12/22/14, we received her payment that was due on 11/27/14. I also verified that on 1/23/15 we received her payment that was due on 12/27/14. I even agreed to write a letter stating those facts. Upon further research, it appears that [redacted] has a pattern of making her car loan payments when they are close to 30 days past due. Money One FCU offers our members various options for making loan payments such as: online banking, wires, over-the-phone payment by credit Card, direct deposit, ACH origination, setting up automatic payments, in person payments and making payments at service centers, which may be closer to the member's residence than our main branches.
If you have any questions and/or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
Thank

I am rejecting this response because: I [redacted] did ask Money One Federal Credit Union workers to check my account to make sure that only the $800.00 check was the only worry, the day I signed the forge signature paperwork & showed my police reports, I was in the time frame to receive $1000.00 back. Ms. Jacqueline A. H[redacted] that still works there mot trying to get anyone in any trouble, just trying to point out the facts.I trusted Money One Federal Credit Union with my hard working money and they let me down, I have been a member for years and they know my face inside the bank but I trusted them to at least check my signature outside the bank, that's the only way for identity. The checks itself should have red flagged because I haven't wrote a check in years, the check numbers were way apart and my signature is cursive & never in print.

Dear BBS Representative:A review of the above referenced complaint has been completed and resulted in the following findings and actions:• Money One FCU’s contractual agreements, which our customers sign and agree to indicate that full...
coverage insurance binders are to be held at all times on any vehicle secured loans. This agreement also states that the CO will place insurance coverage at the customer's expense on any loan found to be without the coverage required.• We contract with a third party processor to track insurance coverage for all of its auto secured loans- This company has relationships with all the major insurance carriers including [redacted] Insurance Exchange which is this customers' carrier. The contractor was unable to confirm coverage for this customer/vehicle and notices were sent to the customer on February 21st and March 20th requesting proof of insurance to avoid placement of coverage to the account. A response was not received from the customer until April, 11th at which time he loaded insurance information on the [redacted].com site, which is indicated in his complaint statement.• The information placed on the [redacted].com site requires confirmation from the insurance carrier/agent. Attempts were made by outbound calls to the carrier/agent on April 14th and 16th and calls were never returned.• Coverage was then placed on the account on May 6th since our contractor was unable to receive confirmation of coverage.• We have since received confirmation from the carrier coverage is held on this vehicle and the charges to the customer's account have been reversed and his original payments have been reinstated. We hope that this information is adequate for your needs and that the actions taken have resolved the issue to the customer'3 satisfaction.
To whom it may concern:This letter is in response to case number 11814021. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] had two different disputes on her account. The first dispute is regarding check 1124 for $800.0) which cleared her account 12/04/2014. Ms. [redacted] called in to notify us on 12/5/2014 the item was not...
hers. She said she did not write the check payable to a Lamont J. G[redacted]. Ms., [redacted] stated she had work done to her residence and suspects that is how her check was stolen,Money One processed a late return to [redacted] as forged signature item. [redacted] did not return the funds to us, Money One issued her a credit on 12/22/2014 to her checking a Court because she was within the dispute timeframe. Please see the attached screenshot as proof of refund. The second item Ms. [redacted] disputed was checki; [redacted] for $1000.00 also payable to Lamonti. G[redacted]. That item cleared her account on 11/13/2014. Ms. [redacted] contacted Money One on March 4, 2015 to dispute that item,The Branch Manager advised Ms. [redacted] she was outside of the dispute timeframe, however we would still attempt return the item as forged signature to [redacted] once again rejected our request,Money One did not refund Ms. [redacted] due to the fact that she was outside the dispute window which is 33 days from the time the item clears the account. Please see the attached letter given to Ms. [redacted] on 3/3/2016.Our checks are processed automatically as most if not all Barks and Credit Unions. Human hands do not touch our check clearing process. It is impossible for Money One to match a fraudulent signature on a check. The Credit Union does its due diligence by sending out monthly statements and electronic statements for members to review. Ms. [redacted] stated she does not review her statements regularly,We Apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused to Ms, [redacted] and advised she have Lamont J. G[redacted] prosecuted for theft and fraud.
Money One Federal Credit Union received the above referenced member's complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond. [redacted] complained that fraudulent transactions were processed on his account due to his wallet being stolen. He requested that all fraudulent charges be returned to his...
account totaling $1,188.56. Based on the discussion with [redacted], he disclosed that his PIN to his debit card was with other belongings that were stolen. Due to access of his PIN caused such loss.In an effort to resolve [redacted]'s concern, we credited his checking account $1,138.56 on July 25, 2016. The additional $50 was mailed to [redacted] August 9, 2016. The total amount refunded back to [redacted] was $1,188.56. Money One FCU apologizes for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. Review: Bank has denied access to my account. I have tried calling numerous times and only getting a busy signal. They did respond to my email but they didn't seem concerned about the situation.
Review: I have savings account with 13,111 dollars in it , get a quarterly statement ending June 30 2013 . They have removed 10 dollars a month for three months no notice calling it inactivity fee.
This totaled 30 dollars over 2 years worth of interest on the account!Desired Settlement: Stop charging 10 dollars a month for inactivity fee? Is this legal, no activity for 1 year on a savings account and they can start pulling 10 dollars a month no notice from account?
