This company is good financially wise but the staffs and employees are so rude and unhelpful *** everytime I call them and state my concern they always say theres nothing that they can do about it plus when a call them and told them that my father passed away I have to postpone my payment the first thing they told me about is the 45$ fee but thats fine I can pay that but what my point here is they could've shown atleast a little bit of sympathy and empathy instead they discussed about the missed payment fee right away and what hurt me most is im a long time customer of this company and I have a very good payment history with themOnce im done with my loan with this company I would never ever go to them again and never in my dreams I will recommend this company to my friends and family
