I received a collection notice on a plain white piece of paper. No letterhead, emblem, or logo. It state's I owe a balance of $326.73, but gives no information as to who, why, or even what type of debt (i. e.: credit card / medical / mortgage / rental / services rendered / etc...). I assume this is a scam, as I've never received a bill that didn't state WHO I owe money to, and WHY / WHAT the charge was for.

The customer service is horrible. I paid off a debt aand had to jump through hoops and loops to get a receipt mailed. HORRIBLE SERVICE
