Dear Ms. ***, I have received your... letter dated March 8, 2016 for the subject complaint, following is my response to Mr. [redacted] claim: Mr. [redacted] has lied in his very first sentence, he did not drop off the truck, it was Mr. [redacted] who got it towed to the shop and requested the repair work done on it, Mr. [redacted] *** specifically mentioned not to let Mr. [redacted] have any access to the vehicle or any information regarding the vehicle as there was some dispute between the father and the son about the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] showed up at the shop in first week of March, 2016 and harassed the customers and employees with his aggressive attitude for which I had to call 911 and get police involved. He claimed that he was the owner of the truck and wanted to pick up his truck, I informed him that he could take the vehicle after paying for the work done on it. He insisted that his father's deposit towards the repairs should be taken as the payments made by him, his father Mr. [redacted] *** didn't approve it. He can pick up his truck after paying the amount due on it which is $2465.12. In addition, the vehicle is subject to a daily storage fee of $25 per day effective March 05, 2016 that will be calculated and needed to be paid on the day of pick up by Mr. [redacted] ***. Kind regards, [redacted] *** [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke with the business. The vehicle was brought in with multiple concerns. The business repaired the fuel pump but the vehicle was still running rough. The customer wanted this to be fixed, but the business told the customer he needed to pay the bill for the work done before more work can be...

done. The customer would need to pay the outstanding bill before more work was completed or the vehicle can be released.

Review: I went to this establishment to get a state inspection on my vehicle. I was told that I needed my headlights adjusted and a light for my license plate. I advised the owner I had a light bulb in my car. When entering my car I noticed my change compartment was opened and my sons $280.00 grills were gone. The owner was standing right behind me so its not like I could make it up. So I asked him if he had seen them he advised no he had just pulled the car in the dock, that the other younger mechanic was working on the car. So while waiting for the gentlemen to return he advise that he noticed that my glove compartment box was open as well and he didn't open it either. So we pull the tape clearly we see the mechanic going in the care several times for what reason is unknown for longer periods of time. Needles to say I had him to call the police and file a report and the tape is going to be reviewed by a detective. Also the light that was replaced still inst working. And I also paid for the service that was supposedly rendered to me which was $56.00..Desired Settlement: I feel I should not have to pay for the service that was rendered. I would like for my sons property that was stolen to be replaced and I would also like for that employee to be fired..

Review: I dropped my truck off at the shop..my father has been paying the guy for work..but I'm the owner of the truck..he tells me he will not tell me what's been paid on the truck and trying to draw me up a separate bill for my vehicle before I recipe my vehicleDesired Settlement: I want my vehicle and I want to see what's has been paid so far.he said he will not show me cause I wasn't the 1 he received payment from
