This is a lie I called on Saturday the 6th of December I asked the lady who bagged the items and she did not say ***I have the name written down and have provided it to the police for my stolen items Also the car was not disgusting that’s a lie , I loved the truck and I took good care of it I have all the phone records to prove that I was not contacted I’m not disputing the fact that you came to get the car , I’m paid weekly and the mechanic which I can provide the estimate was going to take the truck Wednesday and Money talks would have been paid by Friday You have every right to take your property if no payment is made but my items were urinated on my headphones were stolen and if you’re the person who removed my items then that means your rude as receptionist is a LAIR My items were stolen I pick my children up in the truck small kids so I’m not disputing the junk , But dirty diapers is a lie MY BEATS WERE STOLEN AND I WANT THEM BACK I’m willing to take it as far as Money talks wants to but I have the phone records , You were not calling me and when I called to ask how can I get my things , the guy said what’s the issue you can’t pay your bills , You go around not paying your bills So let’s not act like you have the best customer service and you guys are so nice and handled my items and by daughters clothes that you urinated on with so much care because you didn’t I want my head phones , you guys were salty about the truck but pissing on my clothes and my baby’s clothes is not cool Theives

My name is [redacted] I am the owner of Money Talks used cars and have been for years, I personally repossessed your vehicle after being dropped off by one of my employeesYour vehicle had a strong odor of dirty diapers and urine and was obviously extremely dirty, filthy and needed much general maintenance and in my professional opinion the vehicle had been extremely abusedI drove the vehicle straight to [redacted] and locked the vehicle in a warehouse that I only have the key to, and I also observed all the items being removed from the vehicle mostly trash and soiled clothingAt no point did I see a pair of Beats headphones, and the person who helped me is years old and would have no idea what a pair of Beats headphones wereI do not believe the headphones ever existed and I know for a fact that no one urinated on your belongings, I find that accusation to be insultingI am officially done responding to ridiculous clams that are not only they are completely made up lies

Mr [redacted] vehicle was repossessed on 12-1-for failure to make a agreed upon payments as listed on his contractMr [redacted] was called in excess of times without any response or payment arrangementsIn regards to soiled clothes I personally performed this repossession and found the vehicle to be severely abused and for lack of better word the interior the of the automobile was absolutely disgusting and smelled of dirty of diapers and urine, it was discovered after days and still no contact with Mr [redacted] while cleaning out the garbage and personal items that there a glass full of what appeared to be urine, the glass was sealed and appeared not to be leaking, due to the fact that we did not know this was actually urine or just a yellow colored liquid which falls under personal items and must be placed with all contents found in vehicleWhat happened to the jar of yellow liquid once it was picked up from our storage facility and is completely out of our hands and with the best our ability we try to take care of customers items carefully

I feel I need to respond to your alegations number *** would have absolutely no idea what you did or didn't have in your car due to the fact she never even saw your vehicle after it was repossessed, and for the soil clothes that was due to a poorly sealed bottle of what I can only guess was urineWe at money talks used cars work hard to make every effort to contact customers about delinquent payments and are last resort is to repossess a vehicle

Again , No one called me . When I called That Saturday I only asked who took
the items out of my car she wouldn’t give me that person’s name until I said I
would file a police report. I told her that day and you can go listen to the
calls that the clothes smelled like Urine and my beats Headphones were missing
. Once I brought up the headphones the tone of the call changed . I have the
box and I am getting details of the purchase since you want to say I’m lying
about my headphones that I spent my money on ... I am a truck driver (10+ years) I can
hear when it’s something wrong with a Car, the truck air bags and suspensions
were causing problems with the car so I was going to get it repaired because I
really did like the car . You did not call me ,and when I called to ask about
my things your staff was very rude and unprofessional . That’s the truth no
matter if you want to believe it ,or not it’s the truth . There was no liquid
in the car OR soiled diapers . You’re so full of st it’s not even funny , If
not you somebody stole my headphones. I only wanted them back until you got
your as on your shoulders and want to be rude while my property was stolen and
my daughter clothes and shoes were pissed on .. You don’t have to respond I’m
still not satisfied , I called you guys the VERY DAY I noticed my items missing
. I’m done with this but I will make sure I leave a review every place that I
can to make sure people are aware of the thieves and crooks that you are and
that you have working for you stealing people items and pissing on children’s
