I just wanted to add to my resolution, that I would also be satisfied with another company, not associated with them, to replace the whole lcd screen unit at their costSince thats the part they brokeInstead of replacing the whole phoneI just want my phone to be in functuoning order, as it was before they "repaired" itSince there are things not working correctly on my phone that were before they had itI was not made aware that this is what my phone would be like afterIf I had known I wouldn't have had them do this

To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing concerning the complaints that have been made on the business Money Talks LLCThe customer *** *** came into my store to get her *** ** fixed because of a severe crackThe owner notified customer that he can just fix the glass on the phone for $and because the screen was severely cracked, if something happened while fixing the phone it would be $The customer agreed to get the phone fixed for $accepting that after the owner takes the screen off, if the LCD is cracked, the price could go upThe owner went through the phone to show customer what was and was not working so he could not be held responsible for any additional problems the phone may have hadThe owner fixed the phone in front of the customer, which took a little over three hoursAfter getting the phone back and seeing it worked and had a new screen the customer was happyThe owner then told her that the price was plus tax and she began to flip outShe expressed to the owner that her mother told a different price, but the owner explained that when she first came in to get the phone fixed her told her the price and she agreedThe owner also notified the customer that the price is advertised everywhere as $She said she was unhappy with the phone and leftThe customer returned the next day with her mother still complaining about the price of the phoneThe owner than showed the customer and her mother the advertisements and how they all say the same priceAfter a while of complaining the store owner offered to replace the LCD and screen for $instead of $The customer was still unhappy with this offer and began to disrespect owner by using inappropriate language and yelling inside of the storeAfter this occurred, the owner asked the customer and her mother to leave the storeAfter refusing to leave the owner said if they did not leave the property, the cops would be calledThe customer and her mother left shortly after

I am rejecting this response because:
I've been to the location times now, the first time I got my *** fixed, the 2nd time I brought back my *** & brought my phone, my phone got fixed with no problems, my *** stayed for a week & when I came back to pick it up there was a hairline crack inside of it, before that I never asked for anything free so I don't understand where the owner gets that fromI did however say I want my *** fixed the 3rd time for freeI walked out the store & walked right back in & showed them the crack after I literally have him $So why would I have to pay another $when I just gave them that& the services where not done properlyAs you see in the photos he did not show the *** screen turned off it's light will not show the hairline crack.
Sincerely,
*** ***

This is the second complaint this customer has made on the store and work that has been doneThere is a picture attached to this email giving evidence that the store uses best quality suppliesThe first time the *** was brought to the store The sliding on her *** was not working and the
home button was not working because the wire was cutAfter fixing her iPad, the customer brought her *** back after a month with a cracked screen accusing the store of using a "plastic" screenThe screen was brand newThe customer complained that there was a crack on the screen again and demanded it be fixedWe fixed her *** ** as well and giving $discount for her *** fixed and the customer still complained the screen was crackedWhen looking at the picture you can clearly see that the screen is perfectThis client is repeatedly making complaints to receive free service from our storeAll of our supplies are best quality and there is no such thing as a "plastic" screenWhen customers come back to us with a cracked screen there is no warranty because it was caused by themPlease understand that these complaints are as shown to you by the picture

Nicest people ever. The repair for my cracked screen only took 10 minutes. He let me watch him repair it, explaining what he was doing along the way... Which was awesome. Even threw in a case to assure my clumsiness wouldn't get the better of me again!

I am rejecting this response because:
once again, that is not what happened.  I'm not to sure why they keep bringing up me questioning the price, because I am not. I have not once questioned the price. And I never left happy. These are all lies to make themselves look better. Nobody looked at my phone to see what was and was not working prior to them starting the repair. My phone was working perfectly fine before they "fixed" it. The screen they put on is not attached to the screen. The edges are lifting up. They absolutely did NOT make it look brand new... my phone was only 2 months old when I broke the screen. There is adhesive sticking out of the sides of the screen now from where they "fixed" it. The screen now doesn't respond to touch. I am not questioning the price, I am questioning the service. They did not do a good job. My phone is worse off now that they had it then it was before. I am not trying to get anything for free, I just want my phone to be in the same working order as it was when I brought it in.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern,

At Money Talks LLC the customer is the first priority. All fixing is done in front of the customer so they can see exactly what is being done. All prices are not only advertised on the internet and site, but told to each customer that walks in. Before fixing each and every product that comes into my store, I do a full check of the phone in front of the customer so they can see what is working and not working with the phone, which is done so no previous problems can reflect on the work that is done. This customer was clearly trying to get her phone fixed for free and did not want to pay for all the work that was put into making her phone look brand new. The customer was notified of the price before fixing the phone was even discussed or started. The customer explained that her mother checked the website before coming into the store and said it was not $129.99, but when you look at the advertisement it clearly states the price of each phone. This is a professionally run business that tries to satisfy its customers and receives nothing but great reviews. The customer expressed that I was the only business who had the supplies to fix her phone and she was very happy. Fixing a phone is not easy work, it takes time and patience to make sure that every phone is treated with respect and done properly. When the customer returned the next day demanding that she was unsatisfied with the phone, I simply tried to work with her and give her discount, but she wanted everything for free. After becoming disrespectful and using unwanted language towards the owner she was simply asked to leave. When the customer denied to leave the premises which she was asked to by owner, there was no choice but try and call the cops. At Money Talks LLC we are all about making the customer feel good, which is a goal we accomplish with ever fix. Attached to this email is a picture of our price list that is always displayed. This list states that the price for a [redacted] screen change is $129.99. You can also visit us on [redacted] at Money Talks LLC.
