On June 14, I had Cool Breeze do a second opinion on a proposed repair from another company, as I thought the cost was extremely highThe representative from Cool Breeze came back with the same defects, but was able to get me into a program that was a much more desirable costBesides, the initial company was suppose to have cleaned my A/C, but barely touched itThe resulting cleaning by Cool Breeze made my unit run less noisy and more efficientPictures were taken before and afterFortunately, I am still able to climb the ladder and actually see the unitSome people are not as fortunate, and can easily be taken, so the pictures are very positive The technician was very polite and easy to understand
