This is essentially the same response I always get when I actually do get any responseBill told me this same answer in person when he was here to pick up a check nearly a month ago and no one has shown up or communicated with me or returned my calls and emails since thenAt this point promises do not resolve the complaintI have been hearing excuses about the availability of sub-contractors ever since the project startedIt should not take months to build a poolThe contract says the pool should be completed within daysConstruction started July 25, I do not consider anything other than work getting done to be a statisfactory resolution to this issue

We are almost done I am sorry that is has been slowAll trades are very busyWe have set equipment passed all inspections pebbled the pool and it has water in itThe electrician still has to set the lightWe will do a start up ASAP this weekThanks Bill Have a great day!
