his is with refer to ID no [redacted] the complaint received from Revdex.com on behalf of [redacted] as on 10/29/2014. It was a misunderstanding between the agent and the customer regarding the referral scheme. We talked to the customer and he is happy since he got the gift card for his 1st transaction...

as on Sep 19 2014 and his referrer, [redacted], got the gift card for referring [redacted], to our services. Revdex.com can call the customer and confirm with him n this regard and we request you to close the complaint filed with Revdex.com.

Review: 1)I made a online transaction(no-[redacted]) of $8900.21 through Moneydart on Jun 7,2013,but Money was withdrawn from my account on Jun 18,2013.2)I called the merchant Moneydart on Jun 18,2013 and the guy agreed to cancel the transaction as it had become too late to transfer the Money.I received the cancallation email from Moneydart.At the same time the guy had said that you can make the other transaction of exactly same amount.3)I did other trasaction of same amount ie. $8900.21 and amount to be credited INTO destination account was to be Rs. 5[redacted],but only RS.500000 was credited into the destination account.4)LESS MONEY ie. (Rs [redacted] ) was credit into the destination account.5)I called the Monetdart and WANTED to find out the reason why less money has been credited into the destinantion account.Instead of addressing the issue the Guy(name-[redacted]) spoke very rudely. As less money(RS [redacted]) has been credited into the destination account,I want the amount of Rs. [redacted] to be credited into the accountDesired Settlement: As less money(RS [redacted]) has been credited into the destination account,I want the amount of Rs. Response:

Moneydart remains committed towards our customers and to the community that we serve. Due to technical glitch , the cancelled transaction got released causing a difference of amount in the beneficiary account. This was informed to the customer. As a valued customer of moneydart, on June 27th we mailed out a compensation visa gift card worth $200 to match the difference amount.

I am rejecting this response because:

Yet I have not received any Gift CARD.

ALSO the amount comes out to be $222.18 and not $200.

Review: I transferred Money online to be remitted to my [redacted] account online using [redacted]com Dated: 13-Jun-2014 13:10:42, Transaction # [redacted] and canceled the same on June 16th 2014.

The company has debited the money from my account on 06/17/2014 check # [redacted] (1 day after I canceled the transaction and got confirmation of cancellation).

I called up customer service and asked to return my money on same day and they said they need a confirmation from my side which was provided, They gave me confirmation that money is deposited to my bank account using paper check on 06/20/2014 and same will be reflected to my account. I checked my account on 06/20/2014 and there was no any transaction for the same. I called up and got a reply that it is deposited back. I checked the transaction again on same day and Next day but there was no transaction.

I called up and customer service is failed to provide any satisfied answer or Resolution. I checked today 06/23/2014 at 9:30 AM by calling my bank and there was not transaction made by business for the same amount or any other amount. I called up again and there is no satisfied answer from customer service and company.

The company practices seems to be Fraud and involve in unlawful activities and using customer money for unlawful transactions.Desired Settlement: I need Refund for my amount and also Apology Letter from company Top Brass for the same.

Review: I was contacted by Moneydart services to enroll in their services and then make a first transaction and I will receive $25 Amazon Gift Card on first transaction within a week of making that transaction. In addition to that, I was promised that if I was referred to Moneydart then I will receive additional $50 Amazon Gift Card which means total of $75 Amazon Gift Card for making first transaction with them. I made 1st transaction on August 31st. but never received the gift card and since then I am trying to call them and email them and they will promise me that I receive the gift card same day or next day but never received anything. I got 8-10 calls to do my transaction and get this offer and based on that I went ahead and did my transaction with them.
