This check has been cashed by Ms [redacted] as shown by the attachment.? My hope is that? this issue with Ms [redacted] has been resolved since? she has received her refund check.? I am rejecting this response because: I did receive a full refund from home depot no questions I am still amazed the this products still states WITHIN WEEKS GROWTH WILL BE SEEN which is note also there is not any temp requirement on bag I am just asking that the above phase should be omitted

Hello, and thank you for your time *** *** purchased a variety of our One Step Complete Tall Fescue Grass Seed products on 04/18/and 06/06/16. As stated on the bags that *** *** purchased our Guarantee is “If you, the consumer, are not satisfied with this product after use
in accordance with packaging instructions, you may be eligible for a refund. Send original receipt, empty packaging and a brief explanation within sixty days of purchase. Upon verification, we will send you a refund check for the purchase price.” On 06/22/*** *** reached out to our company via email stating “Purchase Pennington step to repair lawn; at time of initial purchase; was % off; do you have any upcoming promotions or coupons as I need to purchase additional seed for additional repair.” No where in his email did he state that the product had not performed correctly. This was days after his initial purchase of the majority of the product. The product should have germinated and performed within weeks of planting, as stated on the bag. At the time that *** *** reached out to us he would have known if the product had not performed correctly, but he didn’t mention anything about that in his email. *** *** again reached out to us on 03/12/stating “Purchased Pennington One Step Complete Tall Fescue from Home Depot; germination sparse; have statements from home depot identifying purchase; will that be sufficient to request refund or product replacement ?” This was years after the initial purchase of our product and extremely far outside of our day guarantee. I did reach out to *** *** yesterday to make sure that everything in the case was accurate and that he understood our refund guarantee. He said that he understoodFor these reasons at this time we are not able to provide MrEdwards with a refund for the seed that he purchased. I can only send a printed receipt as this was a online order for pick-upThey do not give a cash register receipt when you pick-upYou print your piemail when your order is filled & all you do is take it & show them the email along w/ your IDI can only print & send a printed order receipt, a printed order piemail and a Credit Card Statement showing it was PaidI still have the bag w/ barcode and tag w/ all test info and will also send everything via USPS PRIORITY MAIL w/ TRACKING..........Thank You!
