Money's Worth Pool Construction

This is essentially the same response I always get when I actually do get any response. Bill told me this same answer in person when he was here to pick up a check nearly a month ago and no one has shown up or communicated with me or returned my calls and emails since then. At this point promises do not resolve the complaint. I have been hearing excuses about the availability of sub-contractors ever since the project started. It should not take 6 months to build a pool. The contract says the pool should be completed within 120 days. Construction started July 25, 2016. I do not consider anything other than work getting done to be a statisfactory resolution to this issue.

We are almost done I am sorry that is has been slow. All trades are very busy. We have set equipment passed all inspections pebbled the pool and it has water in it. [redacted] we  will get you done, It is extremely busy and subs are hard to come by. I cant always get back to everybody in a timely manner. We are going to get final inspection this week equipment will be set and electric will be done after equipment set . I thgink you will agree your job came out...
