Due to a clerical error Mr. [redacted]’s automatic payments failed.  We contacted Mr. [redacted] on September 1st, 2016 and quickly resolved his concern as he indicated that he was satisfied with the resolution.  No additional fees have been incurred.

this is all a complete lie everything that you said happened isnt what happened at all! Moneytree called me and I did answere the phone I spoke to a young lady who asked me several questions reguarding the nature of the check all of which I answered. My employee then called me and said that I needed to go with her to the tacoma branch which I too did. Upon arriving at the tacoma location the lady told me to call my bank and put it on speaker phone for everyone to hear my bank info thats completly un called for. I in no way became aggressive nor did the staff ever tell me to leave after standing and arguing with them for about an hour I began to have a little bit of an attitude but never once was I out of line or disrespectful in any way watch the footage and get your facts straight before you send me a bunch of lies that never happened. I am completly offended even more so. I have phone records that prove I spoke to moneytree that night for exactly 3 min and 17 seconds. There were no failed attempts at reaching me what so ever and nor did I ever receive an email from you my information is accurate so that too was a lie. You people are just a bunch of liars I see. And I will continue to make sure everyone knows the kind of people you are. Upon researching Ms. [redacted]’s concern, we found a different description of the transaction.  While we did attempt to contact Ms. [redacted] to verify the issuance of the check, we were unable to reach her.  After several attempts, the payee was informed that we would need to speak with Ms....

[redacted] to verify the check.  We also suggested to the payee that it might be helpful if Ms. [redacted] could provide her identification and verify the check in person.  The payee then contacted Ms. [redacted] and they visited the Tacoma Branch together.  During the transaction, we made several attempts to verify that funds were available; however, Ms. [redacted] was uncooperative and became aggressive with the Team Member and other customers in the lobby.  Ms. [redacted] was then asked to leave.  We have been unable to contact Ms. [redacted] as the phone number provided in the Revdex.com complaint does not belong to her, and an attempt to contact her via email was returned to us as undeliverable.  We consider this matter closed.
