Moneyworks Tax Service

Moneyworks is ran by ***. I believe she is a CPA accountant that file taxes for people in exchange for a certain rate. I filed with *** by first year (2018) filing taxes because I was unsure on how to properly file. This year I tried to file again for my 2019 taxes with *** and I was given a number that was no accurate with other filing systems. In fact, it was off by $2,000 which is concerning due to the fact that *** had no idea how she filed incorrectly. I have asked and called multiple times about this problem and get no response. When she does finally answer the phone she gives me the same answers "its out of my hands". Now I have to file a mended return in order to get the correct amount I should've been given the first time. When I check the IRS website it states the return will be mailed out to me, which is also not what *** and I agreed on. I have her my account information and routing number and she still had it mailed out to me. This is concerning because she was off of my amount by $2,000 and it makes me wonder where the governments money is going and HOW MANY PEOPLE SHE IS DOING THIS TO. I urge every one to stay away from Moneyworks and do not file taxes with ***.
