since she's 1/2 hour away from me, I confirm the appointment before going out there. Mind you, I gas up my vehicle, and restock on supplies. The appointment was between 8:30-9:00 am. She calls me while I'm in traffic and ask can we make it for later on in the day, and then can we do it tomorrow? And then she text saying "she doesn't think she'll be back by 10:00 am". The next question was "what's you latest appointment"? My response was "my latest appointment is 5:30 pm. And then she comes back with "Let's do that for sure". Here's the thing I'm really sorry if she took offense to what I told her at that point but I don't do business with people who can't make up their mind on what it is that they want to do. Maybe I was a little harsh but I told her like it was, "she was starting to get on my last nerve, I went out of my way to come out and help her and here it is she kept changing her mind on what time she wanted the work done. I simply told her that I did not have time to deal with someone wasting my time. Again I have phone records of our text messages and I'm the one who told her to leave me alone. At that point she start claiming that I'm harassing her, and to stop texting her and so I stopped and now this. Again you're right there's always more than one side to a story.
