The following is my experience with [redacted]. [redacted] and [redacted] requested a price quote for my services in June 2017. They did not pay for the services until many months later (I had completed most of the work back...

in July 2017). I accepted the late payment from [redacted] because I knew I could just upload my work to their web server and have done the same exact job more than 100 times now within the past 15+ years. Instead, [redacted] and [redacted]’s web server had one problem after another that blocked me from uploading ALL of my work to their web server. They had [redacted], [redacted] (others?) working on their web server while I was scheduled to upload my work. My login passwords and access permissions kept getting changed and denied over and over again for many weeks. I was putting extra time into discussions about it and the discussions would go nowhere and some of the responses I received from their web admins were red flags that they were experiencing serious technical issues with their web server and web admin team.  Occasionally I would get a short chance to upload SOME off my work and this time wasting runaround went on for many months. In November 2017 I came to the realization that their web server admin team would probably never provide reliable access to their web server and their web server was not stable enough to support my work. It appeared that [redacted] and his team pl[redacted]ed to have me working on their project for the rest of my days (and that is not feasible nor did I agree to that).  So I offered a refund to [redacted] & [redacted] with the intention of ending my business relationship with them. I fulfilled the contract I agreed to with the [redacted] team and was not obligated to offer a refund nor was I asked for a refund. I offered a refund because [redacted]’s web server admin is not able to provide a stable web server login environment that supports industry standards = [redacted]’s unstable web server environment made it impossible for me to upload all of my work to his web server and became a time consuming financial loss to me. Instead of dragging a typical week long project out for many more months, I believed I was going above and beyond my obligations by offering a refund and wishing the [redacted] team the best wishes to find someone they could work with.  We had many conversations on the phone and the last conversation I had with [redacted] and [redacted] was positive and we all agreed to end the business relationship on a positive note. They asked me to consider working for them in the future, but I was not able to offer that because of the experience I had with their team.  I was given no indication that they were planning to file complaints against my business and I had no reason to think that any complaints would be filed against my small business – after all the time & resources I had given to the [redacted] team. [redacted]’s business partner [redacted] received the refund many weeks ago from my bank.  I am getting the impression the [redacted] team is trying to run a scam on me now.  Best Wishes, Monica P[redacted]
