Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The point is ...they oversold seats and they cannot accommodate the seats they sold in a reasonable timeI called her several times because I thought I was dialing a wrong number because no one answered the phone...She finally answered and was polite, but as soon as I asked her that I wanted an appointment for that promo, she hung up, so I called again and she was very rudeShe said the advertising company sold overseats/ reservations...eventually, It escalated when I realized that this promotion was a scam...that's why I am asking for the Revdex.com helpI contacted that advertising company, but they said we would have to negotiate the refund with the businesses yet she told me to contact the advertising company, and now there is no way I want to cut my hair thereYes .., [redacted] is always an optionBefore she is rude, she should consider this...So is Facebook, etc...social media is a wonderful tool If she was as honorable as she claims, then she would offer a refund knowing we paid for services she never intended to complete..that's why I say a scam..so no...maybe she's good, but questionable professional ethics, my manao anyway I Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern,This is in response to the claims made about myself Monica Sanders and my business Monimay SalonIt came from a customer who took part in a very exciting promotional opportunity my salon participated in through a company out of Canada called ** ***.I
received a call from this woman and she requested that not only she, but she and another promo participant come in the same day in October sometimeI explained to her that we were
already booking into November,but can get them both in before ThanksgivingI also explained that they sold so many of the vouchers that were extending the expiration dates so that we would be able to accommodate everyoneIt was about that time that our phone call was disconnected.I then went back to doing my clients hair and the phone in the salon rang again and againI however had hair color all over my hands and allowed the machine to answer as I do dailyIt states clearly on our message machine that if we don't answer it is because we are either closed or with a client and all calls will be returned promptlyI
finished up my client and went back to retrieve messagesI had pretty nasty messages from this customer and when the phone rang again and when I answered it was her screaming at me accusing me of hanging up on her!!! An absolutely ridiculous accusation and maybe I took some offense to her accusations and overall tone with meIf I then took a stern and strong tone with her as she called me names and made ignorant accusations, I feel it was completely called for and necessaryI could see there was no getting through to this person.Sometimes this happens especially in my professionI have always had the right of refusal andin this case I decided to refuse servicing herI directed her to ** *** for a refund.I can promise you that we maintainthe highest regard for our customersas you can see from our great reviews onlineIn this case, this potential customer was extremely difficult to communicate with and would not let me explain the ins and outs of the promotion before she started making accusations and calling me names.I would appreciate you help with regard to this situationI feel it is completely unfair that anyone can file a complaint basedon a phone conversation that had gone arrayHowever,if I had met this person and given her a bad service that would be justifiedThis person has already left a negative review on *** and taken the time to contact the Revdex.com based on a phone callI think that speaks volumes to the type of person we are dealing with here.Mahalo,Monica MSanders

She said the advertising company sold over. 800 seats/ reservations...eventually, It escalated when I realized that this promotion was a scam...that's why I am asking for the Revdex.com help. I contacted that advertising company, but they said we would have to negotiate the refund with the businesses yet she told me to contact the advertising company. , and now there is no way I want to cut my hair there.
