Review: Went to a store in New York City called Monir Attar to purchased an essential oil call OUD. I first tried a small amount, then I gave them my debit card to purchase two (2) pounds of it for $80.00 per pound I was told. When they sent it, it was the wrong fragrance, so I called them and sent it back. When they sent me the right fragrance without my knowledge they also took out another $160.00 from my bank account. When I found out I had my bank retract the transaction. I called them, they explained to me why it was more I told them that I would send them the money but please don't go into my bank account. So I got a money order for $260.00 sent it to Monir Attar store, informing them that $160.00 was for the oil and the remainder they could send me a pound of Amber White. But when I looked at my bank statements they had went back into my account taking $160.00 out. When I called them they said the fragrance is very expensive, I told them that I had sent a money order for $260.00, they said they had received the money order. The OUD they sent is not worth $320.00 the two pounds sent, but I was willing to let it go. Maybe their not aware that I know and understand the different qualities and grades of these oil's just like they do... I've been at this business for over 30 years or more.Desired Settlement: What they need to do is give me two pounds of Amber White their top grade and the remainder three pounds of Black Seed Oil.... And call it a day
