Monitech Securities is a very unprofessional companyThey installed our camera's on a timely manner however they never worked properlyEvery time I would call for them to fix the camera or link it took me several calls or emails to get them to respond and then when they did, if *** could not fix the problem..he just left and said.." I will get back to you" and then he never wouldVery dissatisfied with this companyI had another company come in after about a year and see if they could see why I was having problems..and he found several problems very quicklyI now can use my cameras but had to pay someone else to fix all the problems Monitech didvery sadI will use this new company nowThey are very knowledgeable
