I love ordering from monk central. Cute workout clothes, at a great price. Fast shipping, and great customer services make me come back for more items.
I finally received the shirts I ordered! The quality of shirt was good! What was not, was length of time from placing order to receiving final product! Shirts come from China and it just takes too long, eapecially if there is an issue!
I ordered $195.00 worth of shirts for my staff. They did warn me that shipping might take awhile, so I wasn't too concerned until I got a *** delivery notice, but I did NOT receive the delivery! When I contacted Monk Central, they told me that it was a *** thing and to take it up with them. Which I am in the process of doing, BUT the second part of our order was received - FROM CHINA! I never would have purchased this if I'd known that the company was not in the US. Anyway, I responded to Monk Central to please either refund my money or send me more shirts. Their response was the same - to take it up with the ***. I am livid! What kind of business doesn't want the customer to be happy?? In my opinion, they should have been the ones taking up the fight for me. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone!

In dealing with Monk Central I found them to be professional and helpful. The shipping was a bit slow, but the support was exceptional and able to keep me in the loop. The tee-shirt I ordered came as it was described. All in all it was a good experience and I will be ordering from them again.
