On 12//17 I ordered 2 shirts from this company. On 12//17, I got notice that the order had been processed and on its way. I received a tracking number and checked it and it seems that it's in China. China? The address is New York. Why are my shirts in China? They have been there since 12//17. They haven't moved. I've messaged them on Facebook 4 times. I've commented on their posts and I sent an email to their customer support and I received nothing back.

Confirmation email with the tracking details were sent out to the buyer.

Placed order *** with this company on November , 2017 - website indicates 10-12 days shipping of T-Shirts - got confirmation e-mail of order placement on November ***, along with tracking number from CHINA (website indicated shirts where printed in USA- first lie) - since December ***, I have emailed to *** to find out where order is and have had no response - tried through Facebook page with no response either.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.The product in question did arrive but do appear to be much poorer quality than I anticipated, given these are now produced apparently in China, I will be surprised if these "quality" T-Shirts survive even a single wash.However, make clear to them that the complaint was not simply as a result of long delays in receiving the product, a length of time that is 4X what they promise on their website - it has as much to do with the fact that they claim to have 24/7 customer response yet they simply do not respond to emails asking for clarification. The website has been changed since I purchased in November - nowhere on the original site did it mention product produced in China - and if I paid almost $10 for expedited shipping, how could it possibly take from December *** to January *** for the one little package to arrive in Canada - it came from Vancouver to my house in 2 days once in Canada.Overall, I am still disgusted by this company and will never recommend them or do business with them again.

I placed an order for some shirts on the Monkcentral Web Site. There was a total of 9 shirts for the amount of $110.45 USD On Tuesday, November 28, 2017 Order #58377. Now I know it's not much money, but I am very upset with them only because I have been Emailing them for over a week and a half now and I have got nothing in return, not even to let me know that they received my Emails.
So this company not only has my Money, but they also, have my product that I ordered and have not been answering my emails to see why I have not received my order yet. When placing the order it says it will leave the company in 10-14 days from ordering. I got an Email saying it was sent out, but it was never delivered, so I wrote to them, they wrote back and said not to worry, it was in good hands and it would be shipped the next day. Well it still hasn't been delivered, and since that contact I have heard nothing else from them when I try to find anything out. Even when I mention I was going to get the Revdex.com involved.
