We refunded her entire package. This situation was beyond our control as we have a company called [redacted] that does the credit card transactions. They were the ones who charged her twice and we had to contact them to get it resolved, but again she was refunded entirely.

Revdex.com:i was not satisfied with her but left her a tip because they said it was their policy that she only came back the last hour so went home to check website and that wasn't the case so called...  Corporate never called me back and the owner was completely rude I never complained about another place and was never refunded any money that is totally false their website says dedicated party host,  concession area,  food and drinks for each child,  they should have counted kids...  They said more were welcome to come just be charged 10 extra...  They failed at hosting my party the way it states on their site want half my money back

3/16/16 you placed three individual lunch orders. Each individual total was in fact $13.29. However, as our menu states, there is a $3-dollar charge for all orders under $15.00 and as I am sure you understand, $13.29 is under $15.00.  I have included a photo of the menu in question as well. Knowing that all three orders were to the same deliver address, we discounted the $6 delivery fee down to $2.00 for your convenience. Secondly, you state that you did not know there was rice in the special and that you would not have ordered this item had you known. Please keep in mind that this is three individuals orders we are discussing, and while you did not want the rice, the other two customers have not complained thus far. This particular special is not included on our menu at all. This was a special promoted only on Facebook and we included photos, which I have attached here. If you would please make note that rice is clearly visible in the photo. However, to prevent further confusion on the part of any customer, we will now include the words rice in our description should we have this special again. Please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience we have caused you.  My manager [redacted] handled the situation with a professional demeanor when he offered to replace the items for you as well as when he provided you a full refund that day. This letter is in response to the complaint filed on...

10/25/2016.  The customers party started at 3pm on Saturday Oct 2nd 2016.  The kids play for the first hour and food is served at 4:00.  The party host showed the customer to their party room when they arrived and explained the entire party process.   When the customer started to set up some decorations she had brought, the party host offered to help but the customer stated she can do it.  The party host then informed her she would be up front checking in her guests and let her know if she needed anything.   The party host was checking in guests for 30-40 minutes then proceeded to get drinks and pizzas ready to be served at 4pm.   The customer had more guests arrive than expected and she decided to order more pizzas right before food was to be served.  We advised the customer that the additional pizzas would arrive a little after the original order and would be brought into the party as soon as they arrived.   At 4pm, the host brought in 2 drink options for the kids.  More kids wanted PowerAde vs water so the party host had to go to get more PowerAde so every child got their drink of preference.   The party host served the pizza and cake while the customer assisted.   The claim that the customer never saw anyone and had to do everything herself is 100%  false.   The customer even gave the party host a tip proving there was a host and the customer felt she did a good job.  The following day, the customer called the store and spoke to the store manager to complain that she was not told we order pizza from an outside vendor so the additional last minute pizzas did not arrive with the original order and that the party host did not bring in enough drinks for the kids..  The manager spoke to the owners and tried to contact the customer back a day later to offer some free admission tickets and $50 in store credit.  The customer stated she was at work and would call her back.  The customer never called back.  The owner had personally spoken to the customer Oct 25th after another email complaint was sent in.  The accusation that she was never called back is  false.  A couple days after the party, the store manager received a call from the customers cousin stating that the party host was great and the party was fine.  She stated that the customer is known for doing this and complained nonstop at [redacted] [redacted] a year or two earlier until they finally refunded her party.  The same cousin also works with the party host at her second job and told the party host that the customer even told her that the party was fine and that she was just trying to get her money back.  We have also received an email from a family member of the customer stating how wonderful the party was and how thorough and professional the party host was.  The customer claims she was not provided with a party host which is untrue.  The party host checked in her guests, got food and drinks ready, and served the guests.  The party host also does all the clean up.  If the customer was not provided a party host, why would she leave a tip?   Chuck H[redacted] Monkey Joe's Indianapolis Castleton 317-842-5437 Southport 317-784-5437
