Review: We ordered a wooden countertop and shelves from [redacted]. We paid in full in advance per his demands. He promised to package the items properly to ship them from his business to Minnesota. The items arrived damaged beyond repair. We refused them. That was in August. One month ago, after several discussions, they agreed to refund our money as they have the countertop and did not package it properly to arrive without damage. Now they no longer return phone calls or emails, and have not refunded the moneyDesired Settlement: I would like the business to honor their word and refund the $1510 back to my credit card. I won't even complain about the interest I've incurred since July. I am without the product and the money. Monkey Man has both. I even waited an additional 6 weeks or so as they claimed to be "repairing" the countertop. Finally, they admitted it was not repairable and they would give us a refund. Any assistance would be appreciated. Then I can pursue getting my shipping charges back from the shipping company. I can not pursue that until the first matter is cleared up.
