Monogram Builders

This builder put myself and family's life at risk when he put in a Gas stove without putting in a converter kit.He and his worker refused to pick up calls from me regarding this issue until there was a gas leakage and the [redacted],fire department responded to a 911 call. Since this issue was done any other calls made to this build by me or e-mails sent to him through his attorney from my attorney regarding other outstanding issue with this newly built house has not proofed any results.I have a year warranty on this house which I just bought in July of this year. One of his workers by the name [redacted] told me that they have a $9000,000.00 building contract that they don't have time on to work on something less.Product_Or_Service: HouseDesired SettlementI want this builder to come and fix all listed issues forward to him .

We have purchased a house on 130 Floral street Shrewsbury MA from this builder [redacted] in 2013.Its a new construction from the day we signed the P & S agreement he has not delivered what was promised and besides that after the possession there is a big punch list item pending which he said will do but his men [redacted] has been repeatedly saying next week next week and from last month he is not even picking the phone.I just want my punch list to be done it includes major work like door frames and rough in the basement the leak wall of laundry room and major grading issues in the yard along with dangerous rock in the backyard and lots of lawn work to be done.Even forget that new constructed house don't have a cable and phone jack available in the home.There are also many other things to be taken care of this house is not new construction but a fixer upper home for us we haven't being enjoying the home but cannot stop thinking about the builder.The builder has done much if he would have done proper finishing to his work we might have congratulated on his work but we really didn't wanted to complain about him but he is not responding so had to take this major step.Product_Or_Service: Single Family HomeDesired SettlementThe house is still under warranty till 25th September 2014. We want him to take responsibility as a builder and finish his work properly and with quality work as soon as possible.
