Review: ABOUT MID DECEMBER 2013, I PUT A DEPOSIT ON A LETTERMEN JACKET. WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE READY BY MID JANUARY. IT IS NOW PAST MID FEBRUARY AND NO JACKET. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MANY CALLS. THE JACK HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL NOW. STILL NO JACKET.TODAY THEY TOLD US, THEY HAD TALKED TO THE YOUNG MAN ABOUT COLOR. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. THE YOUNG MAN HAS BEEN WITH ME ALL DAY.WE HAVE PAID FOR THE JACKET AND NOW THEY CONTINUE TO GIVE US THE RUN AROUND.Desired Settlement: WE WOULD LIKE TO PICKUP THE JACTET IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO IT. IF THE JACKET IS NOT THERE THEN THE POLICE SHOULD GET INVOLVED.WE HAVE BEEN HEARING STORIES FOR OVER 9 WEEKS NOW
