After our review of this matter, Mr*** did in fact submit for the free trip charge code online on Thursday, September 10. Mr*** had already called and scheduled his appointment prior to submitting for the free trip charge so he did not mention the free trip charge on the
phone. Usually customers mention the code over the phone and we add it to the appointment work order at that time. When the online request came through, we overlooked going back and adding it to the already open work order. Since Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection is now aware of this billing error, we have since sent a letter to Mr*** apologizing for the billing error and we are refunding him the $trip charge fee

Review: Monona Plumbing advertised a trip fee waiver on their website for September service. When I received the bill Friday, October 30, the $58.00 appeared. If this makes any difference, the plumber had to make three visits to correct a basic concern.Desired Settlement: I would like my $58.00 refunded.
