I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It is an established fact that they have been filing out the prescriptions and sending them, back and forth to [redacted], but the only problem is the the previous prescriptions provided has been missing information according to [redacted], for instance the doctor's [redacted], and they failed to send the last prescription from the doctor on the date she signed it. Now if [redacted] have been sending correctly filed out prescriptions to [redacted] and they were rejected one after another for no reason, they have not at all tried to make us aware of the situation. Instead they have been going back and forth with [redacted] up until the end of May, and they are making us pay for pull up underwear. Because my work hour drop to below 33 hours a week, mom had to pay out over $100 out of [redacted] income for underwear from 5/27 to 6/27.

I only paid the balance because I was notified it was going to go to collections. I notified the business the matter was being contested and the Revdex.com had reached out two times without a response from Mon. I was told even if I paid it could be refunded upon resolution. I am absolutely NOT satisfied with this response and am disappointed with this action.
