The insurance applied $to the patient deductible and Mr *** paid that amount. *** *** did not pay and this was sent to an agency that does not report to a credit reporting agency. We are accepting the amount the insurance allowed 1195.95, which the patient paid.
However, the agencywill try to collect from the insurance and would like the patient to help with the appeal. I will tell theagency not to send the patient any statements. This agency DOES NOT report to any credit company butattempts to collect on claims that have been underpaid. I will notify the agency not to bill the patient, to onlybill the insurance.Thanks*** ***

Monox bills for *** ***, who was the anesthesiologist on December 16, 2016. The patient choose an HMO,*** *** Group so he does not have Medicare. We billed Medicare, they denied stating bill the patients HMO. We have tried to collect from the HMO but they will
notpay. No authorization is needed for anesthesia. The HMO refused to pay and said we must contact the patient for payment.The bill was $but we reduced the fee to $as that is what Medicare would have paid. The problem for the patient is that his HMO is refusing to pay. *** *** provided him with a medical service and must be paid.Mr *** needs to complain to *** Medical Group, and if they will not pay his claim, file a complaint regarding the insurance. *** *** provided a service, we billed his insurance times, and notified him to help us get this paid. Now the patient owesthe balance of $239.40. Thank you
