Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/12/30) */
We have been grooming for over 12 years and have always removed hair from the ears because the vet that we go through recommend that it be done so that the ears can breathe. This service has always been apart of our grooming process. We have...

always removed hair from her other dog and this was the first time we groomed the new one . We were never in formed to do anything differently than we always have done. We also do not know if the ears had already been infected because of the amount of hair in the ears. If this service was not wanted I should have been discussed at drop off. We are extremely sorry for the pups infection and hope if gets to feeling better, but with that being said we do not believe it is our responsibility to pay the vet bill. I will however do a free groom if that's what will resolve this issue.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2017/01/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have used this groomer several times for the other dog they refer to. Ive never been informed of their procedures. We only discussed the cut style and nails. Ive groomed both dogs myself many times. The older one doesn't have an ear hair issue. The dog in regard to this complaint refuses to allow anyone near his ears and even the vet has had to have help holding him down to even examine the ears. Very curious as to how this groomer accomplished the job of pulling "so much hair" out. They were uncaring and rude when we called them. I doubt we would be treated in a friendly manner or would ever get a booking again. I will go elsewhere in the future.

filter gaskets leaking. We removed the one box and inspected the dpf filter clamps and gaskets and found both of the clamps are loose.Tech tightened the clamps and performed a forced regen. The regen aborted after twenty minutes. The tech then found no fuel is going through doser block. Removed and cleaned the doser block. The tech tried to perform a forced regen again. Regen still wont complete a full cycle. At this time another code popped up for the throttle pedal. The tech checked all wiring and connections and found the throttle pedal is bad. Tech replaced the throttle pedal assembly and performed forced regen again. The truck still will not complete the regen cycle. While this truck was in our shop it never had a code for the oil pressure sending unit or it would have been replaced at that time. The diagnostic time on the invoice includes the multiple repairs that was done to the unit. The reason for the truck shutting down was due to the check engine light and the stop engine light being illuminated because the soot content in the dpf filters had reached a severe limit. Had the customer contacted our office I am sure we could have come to some sort of resolution and we are still open to discussing this further. Our goal here is to keep our customers equipment moving and build a good relationship with them.
