Resident called me on 4/16/18 (less than 24 hours ago).  I have maintenance going to install a self closing door closer on the common area door that the resident is complaining about.  We have always provided excellent customer service.  I feel having than less than 24 hours to fix a...

problem and being reported to the Revdex.com is rediculous.  I am asking this complaint be removed.
