explained to *** *** I have been in business for years at this samelocation and as many of the same business' have come and gone I am still herebecause of my long standing relationship with past and present clientele.This is only the second complaint ever !I have and continue to take great pride in my work and work ethic.*** *** contacted me and I took a look at the condition of her car and the lackof care she gives to her automobileI mentioned the film looked as if it had been cleaned with ammonia based products ( which compromises the film itself ) and she undeniably stated "oh I've never washed my windows ", well that explains it and the condition of the rubber molding sealing the windows as well ! The are rotted and will cause the film to tear away I suggested she have these replaced to prevent further damage .The window film has not failed due to the quality of work or film , it is due, in my opinion to owner abuse of her vehicle.And I will be unable to warranty the window film and can no longer offer my services.*** ***
