Review: First of all I had my SUV was towed into their shop on 1-24-14 and got it back on 5-8-14. I believe this was an excessive amount of time and was lied to so many tines about geting my SUV back. I would talk with them atleast 2-3 times a week and everytime they would say it will be done by the end of the week. They never even broke it down until 3 weeks after it was brought in. I kept calling them my insurance co. kept calling them with no results just a bunch of lies. [redacted] and the owner all they kept saying was stay in your rental, I said it's costing me 50.00 a day they said stay in your rental we always take care of our customers. Well, they did not take care of me, infact, I believe they took advantage of me and purposely stopped working on my SUV. On 5-2-14 I went their and threatened to have it towed out if they didn't give me my vehicle. Again they lied and said it would be done on 5-6-14 si I asked him for that in writing that they were going to pay my rental for 200.00 for 4 days. Came back on 5-6-14 and it still was not done, finally got it back on 5-8-14. Did not get my 200.00 and have been calling them ever since and they always had an excure, The last excuse was business was slow. WELL that's not my problem. Plus there is so much more to this story. They were suppose to pay my rental of 4000.00 or atleast part of it.Desired Settlement: I would like the 200.00 that I have in writing for and also 2000.00 for half the rental fee.
