I have directly recommended to this business no less than $in buisness in the past years [redacted] was rude, unprofessional and threatening to call the policeI did contact the police department and since [redacted] took the vehicle with permission, this would have been a civil matter [redacted] should consult her lawyers to make sure her threats hold meritAlso, she did tell me and [redacted] that she has "reprimanded" her employee for giving out incorrect inforamtion, also, they did not call to authorize any additional workI would like her to provide the request for work documentI would also like her to provide a itemized reciept Her comment that her "mother has been paying her bills for quite some time and is tired of it", is completely ridiculous and again has no fact or meritHow does she know what I pay for and why would she even care or make such a stupid commentShe is an it I would like this complaint to stay on record for Monroe Auto Sales and [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

I received your letter in regards to a repair on a Equinox . The customer of the vehicle is [redacted] she was the one that dropped it off with us. The repair was done on 05/05/15 she handed the keys to [redacted] which ismy mechanic , I sitting right next to him when she dropped it off I...

([redacted]) never said a word, all the talking was done with [redacted] and [redacted] she told him what to fix the 02 sensor and if the other 02 sensor needed replaced to replacethat one to . He told her at that time that it will most likely be around the $200.00 range for the sensors she said that was fine the total on the sensors were $197.94 and the labor was $45.00 and shop supplies $4.85 tax $13.62 anda total of $261.41 . At 5pm on 05/05/15 [redacted] her husband and [redacted] came to pick up the vehicle I myself was already gone for the evening , [redacted] was the only one here [redacted] started in with him about the cost so he knew I was right there when she had dropped the car off and heard everything she said about giving him the okay to replace both sensors . Rather then him saying anything he said he would just have me call them the next day . [redacted] her husband called me and asked me about the conversation that [redacted] and [redacted] had , so I told him that she did give [redacted] the okay to replace the second sensor if it was over $200.00 and it wasn't ,for the both it was only $197.94. If she was to bring it back for the other sensor later she would have had to pay another labor charge of 45.00, so she did know that. He then said okay either I or [redacted] will be in by 5pm to pay he said thank you and hung up. I then get a phone call from [redacted]'s mother [redacted] about 3 hours later and she just blew up at me. I know what happened here [redacted] always has her mother pay the repairs on her vehicles. My guess is that her mother is tired of paying for her bills I have known [redacted] and [redacted] for 16yrs  her ex-husband used to work here at Monroe Auto Sales. [redacted] was never here when the vehicle was dropped off or picked up . So how would she ever know about anything being said between [redacted] and [redacted] has been paying [redacted]'s bills for quite some time . So actually nothing in her statement is correct other than she has the vehicle right which was a Equinox. Thank You [redacted]

I just want you to know that [redacted] has made this personable , and I myself or [redacted] my service tech never spoke to her about the work done on the vehicle . She was not here when [redacted] came in , or when [redacted] and her husband picked up the vehicle . I really don't know where to take this as to end this dispute , I really feel its so personable that no matter what [redacted] won't be happy . Sad to say she is the one that made the complaint and was never in our shop for the service done to [redacted]'s vehicle further more its [redacted] vehicle not [redacted]'s. We have been in business over 21 years as far as I know we have not had any complaints . Thank you [redacted] Fiduccia

[redacted] was rude, unprofessional and threatening to call the police. I did contact the police department and since [redacted] took the vehicle with permission, this would have been a civil matter. [redacted] should consult her lawyers to make sure her threats hold merit. Review: The owner ~ [redacted] at Monroe Auto Sales would not honor the price of services that her auto Tech said the cost would be. We were quoted 30.00 for the cost of the services, no call was given to ask about charing more money. When the SUV was picked up, she said the bill was $261.00 and said her Tech "needed coaching" and she would talk to him about this. She would not discuss and after the manager told us we could take the vehicle while we discussed the price, she said she was going to call the police. Which is interesting since the PD said it was a civil manner since we had permission to take the vehicle....... She was so rude and hateful and was treating us like we were trying to get out of paying for the services even after we explained we were trying to understand what happened and why the charges were so much higher than the verbal quote!!!!!Desired Settlement: We would like to have the bill revised.
