Car wash ripped off my rear wiper blade
Employees searched for it to no avail..I sumise it fell in to channel where chain drive is ..talked to lady manager who claimed its impossible they the wash would remove my wiper ..states it must already been off..I stated it was on before going through wash ..she claimed "I must have hit the wiper switch while in wash "..very rude ..I said why do all other car washes put a plastic baggie on rear wiper if it's impossible for brushes - sponges to pull wiper off?....no satisfaction with manager so I sent E-MAIL TO MONROE car wash 3 Weeks ago ..no answear ...I feel they could -should have given me at least a free $10 wash ..I would have been happy (new wiper was $10) I just started getting car detailed there last summer , BUT now will never go back again!!
