checked and finalized his prescriptionFrom what I saw in his file he has MVP insurance with a note that says he has no vision coverage with his planApparently Mr*** chose to order contacts thru an online contact lens supplier in July in which we provided them with his prescription and he obtained his lenseOn 11/29/Mr*** called me around 5PM saying he was out of contacts and desperately needed some contacts as he lost one and was out of themI explained to him we close at 5PM and he pleaded with me to help him outSo I said I would stay late for him and provided him with a pair of contacts for $He expressed how happy he was that I would do this for him and said cost was no problemSo when Mr*** showed up I provided him with the contacts and he handed me his credit cardI explained to him that I only except credit card purchases for $and over At no time did I say he was not allowed to leave and go to a ATMHe said that's all he had , was his charge card so I said if he wanted to pay $I would give him more contacts making it a total of lenses which is what a six pack of contacts runsHe said no problem and was delighted to have themSo he paid and went happily on his way.At no time did Mr*** call me back and express any unhappiness with what I did for him so I am surprised to receive this from the Revdex.comWe have a perfect rating with the Revdex.com and always resolve all issues with our patientsI think you can see apparently Mr*** has forgotten that he contacted us in his time of need and we explained what we could do and what it would cost and he was happy with itIf he wasn't he could have not come here or he could have left our office without his contacts! So if he wants to have his records transferred he can simply call the office and we will be happy to transfer them to another office!
