The name on the sign in the parking lot is Microtel Inn & Suites. I do feel that they should at least comp us the cost of the room that we had to drive around at midnight and find. Right now we are still waiting for a credit for the room that we booked from Priceline.com

Review: We booked a room through priceline.com, arrived onsite, very late in the evening, their card machine was down to create the room key cards, we were told at that point "what do you want me to do" we were refused our room, and forced to drive around at midnight looking for another room.They would not give us a room, they did not have a way around the machine being down, they were rude, not very friendly. The other issue we had was that we could not even find the hotel without calling first, they do not have the right name out front. The parking lot was dark, looked like they were closed, no parking available while you tried to check-in. They were more worried about a cash drawer being over then getting guests checked in.Desired Settlement: to have the staff trained properly. Do not want anyone else to have to go through what we did.have the issues above resolved - trained staff, poor lightening in parking lot, parking space for check-inmore then lip service about our experience.
