Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2015/07/14) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Agent Contact Phone: (XXX)XXX-XXXX To whom it may concern; [redacted] agreed to purchase a Kia Optima on March 25, for the sum of [redacted] with [redacted] paid down and [redacted] financed a [redacted] insurance/repair policy was purchased making the total to carry including the service fee [redacted] Monthly payments of [redacted] were agreed uponThe first payment was due on April 14,On April 25, Ms [redacted] only had [redacted] , the brought in [redacted] on May 02,That was the last correspondence Gray Motor Cohad with Ms [redacted] Ms [redacted] then changed her number or would not answer any of our phone callsWe later learned that she had move to the Kansas City area on June 14, At that point I, [redacted] went to Blue Springs, Mo VIA GPS signal and retrieved the vehicleUpon retrieving the car, I then discovered that the car had been completely trashedMs [redacted] then informed me that the vehicle had been stolen and then retrieved The car was then driven by myself, [redacted] to Gray Motor Co., SGlenstone Springfield, Mowith all belongings still inside the vehicle and it still to this day remains there Ms[redacted] was then told to come get her personal belongings, which she has yet to do at this time We have yet to be contacted by any attorney on any occasion, as stated by Ms [redacted] We are requesting the repossession fee that she agreed to paySince she has also been difficult in this matter we will also be seeing restitution for the damages done to the vehicle At no time has Ms [redacted] been denied any of her personal belongingsWe have documentation of everything that has been said between Ms [redacted] and ourselves, including text messagesAt one point Ms [redacted] stated that she was sorry for doing us wrong and she had the [redacted] but only if she could have the car backWe even offered to let her pay the [redacted] repo fee and catch up on the past due payments, in which she declined, so that offer was then taken off the table She has since text numerous times stating that she lost her job, is now homeless and needed a vehicle Although we have compassion for Ms [redacted] we are done dealing with her She needs to come get her personal belongings and leave our company aloneWe tried to help her and in the end we got burned quiet severelyThe repairs on this vehicle will cost more than the vehicle is worth Now she is trying to ruin our good name and reputationWe have all our records and messages if you would like to see them, we are more than willing to share them with you I hope that this matter can be resolved peacefully and keep our business in good standings with the Revdex.com and the community Thank You, [redacted] Gray Motor Co., LLC Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 11, 2015/07/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This is first time we have been td that our personal property without having to pay [redacted] dollars.Nowwe will go and get our possessions and we were sorry the car was stolen but as for their good standing reputation, their vehicles performance speaks for itself.and out of the two cars we got from them they both coMostly broke down within their first week of purchaseIf we are allowed our property I would be happy with this resolution, but will believe it when it happens
