Review: Business (Monroe Marble & Granite) refuses to refund the cost of a DEFECTIVE kitchen faucet that was purchased with granite counter tops and sink. Faucet was installed by a professional plumber in business for over 25 years and used by customer for over 15 years. Faucet leaked badly after it was installed. MM & G did not have a REPLACEMENT faucet in stock. Had to buy another faucet from a plumbing supply store used by the plumber.MM & G took defective faucet back and has not contacted manufacture for a refund.MM & G stated that if the manufacture does not refund the company, MM & G will not refund the customer.Desired Settlement: Cost of defective faucet $289
