I apologize I did not recieve notification of the October 22, 2015 message sent to me. I did get the last message but since it's closed I couldnt respond. 
 
My response: I've never gotten any message from the office itself. No one has addressed the issues this caused with the credit bureaus because it was sent to collections. I need that fixed!
