Monroe Restoration and Cleaning, Inc.

I have worked with a considerable amount of businesses over the past 20 years and by far, Monroe Restoration is the most unprofessional, unresponsive company that provides poor quality and service. Approximately one year after I had my bathroom remodeled, my wall began rotting in my bathroom and I had to create a spreadsheet for the number of calls made to Monroe to have them come out and evaluate the problem being that it had only been a little over a year since they did the remodel. I feared that there was mold in my home and I have two young children and was concerned that it could be a health hazard. I would not recommend anyone to work with them as they do not fix the problems you are having and take zero accountability for their mistakes and lack of communication. They were very disrespectful and not understanding with my situation whatsoever. They also expect you to rate them right in front of you and refuse to leave without the paperwork. No pressure, right? It makes you fear giving them a low score and is extremely intimidating. It's like a server waiting for their tip at your table. Rude and unprofessional to say the very least. Terrible.
