Robert came out to look at some issues brought up by [redacted] appraiser for sale of current home, not only was he punctual, professional and knowledgeable, he was HONEST! He inspected the area of concern ( water stained attic roof ) and deducted there was NO leak, water damage or any area in need of repair, but a discoloration of wood used during initial build! He provided a detailed report and picturesHad he been out for a quick buck, he could have easily told me there was an issue in need of repair and I would have never known it! I HIGHLY recommend you contact this company for an HONEST assessment of any repairs you may be thinking of doingI will defiantly contact him in the future should the need arise!! We had a complete roof tear-off by Monroe Rochester Residential about years agoThey did a very good job using the same quality materials as the higher biddersThey took pictures, as they went along, to document the roof conditions or their application of underlaymentThere were no surprises and the job came in at what it was bidAfter the February of , I had ice dams in areas I could not reach, but the roof held upI can recommend this company
