Dear Sirs:My research on this customer produced the following information:1-The wheelchair was delivered on April 19,2017.2-The wheelchair was ordered by *** ***. 3- We have medical documentation signed by ***'s doctor on file to justify the wheelchair and accessories. 4- A KLightweight wheelchair was ordered. We provided a free upgrade to a KHigh Strength Lightweight wheelchair.5- The following accessories were ordered and provided with the wheelchair; Eadjustable height arms, Eanti tippers, ECushion, and Eback. 6- At the customers request the wheelchair was picked up on July 19, 2017. 7- In June of we received notice that a complaint had been filed with *** by the customer regarding the co-pay bills. We addressed each of those complaints to the full satisfaction of ***. NO action was required on our part.8- Without knowing what *** *** supplied I am unable to comment on whether or not they supplied the same item.9- We are contracted with *** for specific rates for all of the products we provide. We billed at those rates and no more. The bills the customer has received are co-pay bills and exactly the amounts we are legally permitted to bill a *** subscriber. Based upon these findings we have done nothing wrong in regards to the billing and all monies billed to this customer are due. We will be happy to give the *** ** *** the we inadvertently picked up to the customer. I trust this addresses this Revdex.com complaint to your satisfaction. Sincerely,Doug W***President
