8/18/15 -- The business owner, Brad M[redacted], called me and left a voicemail message. He left the following information:
He has been gone for 10 days and just got our message.
He was told by the customer that...

this was a 2 BR move. Turned out to be a 4 BR move.They (the business) managed to load everything except a few things.
Because of added weight, heavy load, they blew 2 tires on the way down.
Customer wasn't happy when they were told about extra charges.
Customer wrote a check and asked him (business) to hold it for 10 days.
He told customer they would have to have fuel costs up front.
Customer only gave them 1/2 of the fuel costs.
Kids were in the way the whole time they were loading. The customer was asked to keep the kids out of the way. Customer did not comply.
Check customer wrote did not clear.
